Residence Inn By Marriott Washington - Dc/Foggy Bottom, Washington

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, with two comfortable beds and a separate kitchen, but they felt old and tired. The service was both attentive and accommodating, although it interfered with our schedule at times. The location was great, near the Foggy Bottom Metro Station and with access to various dining options. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good variety of dishes, and the facilities were adequate.

I couldn't believe how spacious and newly redone the rooms were, offering a separate living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The cleanliness was top-notch, but I did wonder if I was the first to stay there. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to be helpful and cheery, even during the busy spring break. The location was superb, just a couple of blocks from the Foggy Bottom metro station, surrounded by convenient shops and restaurants. The dining choices were good, with plenty of options for a satisfying meal. The facilities were impressive, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel offers good-sized suites with full kitchens and sofa beds, some featuring kings and others with two queens. It was fairly quiet despite our room being by the elevator. The kitchen in every room makes staying in DC affordable.
